We are experiencing an unusually high call volume, your message is very important to us, please stay on the line. We will be with you shortly.[LIE: The truth is that they make you wait in hopes you will give up, come to the office and wait]

[pause with music]

We are experiencing an unusually high call volume, your message is very important to us, please stay on the line. We will be with you shortly.[LIE: The truth is that the doctor has left his message machine on by mistake and you will never get a live answer or a call back if you do leave a message]
